We currently serve patients located in the state of Florida only. You must be physically in Florida at the time of your visit — this includes Florida residents and visitors.

Message visits are $79 per visit (included with membership). Video visits are $79 for non-members or $59 for members. Wellness lab visits are $39 for the provider consultation, plus $68.77 for the lab panel at Quest.

We do not bill insurance directly. Our flat-fee model keeps costs transparent and affordable — no surprise bills, no copays. You may submit your receipt to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

You complete an online intake form describing your symptoms and medical history. A licensed provider reviews your case within 24–48 hours and sends a personalized treatment plan, which may include prescriptions sent directly to your pharmacy. No video call needed.

Yes. Our licensed providers can issue work notes, school excuse notes, and return-to-work or return-to-school clearance letters as part of your visit. Just let your provider know you need one during your message or video visit and it will be included at no extra charge.

There is a 3-month minimum commitment ($207 total). After that, cancel anytime with no penalties or fees. Your benefits continue through the end of your current billing period.
